9. Returns & Repairs

Custom-built firearms are non-refundable and considered final sale. Unused, unopened accessories or merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. There will be a 30 percent restocking fee for all controlled items returned due to a failed background check or a denied underage purchase. The customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all applicable laws prior to purchase. All returns or warranty repairs must be pre-approved. Details on how to request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) are provided on the Warranty page, accessible via the drop-down menu under the Support tab. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

10. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] or by phone at (817) 888-3000. All cancellations are subject to approval and are not guaranteed once production begins.

11. Product Listings & Pricing

Beal Rifle Co. strives for accuracy in all product listings. However, occasional errors in descriptions, pricing, or imagery may occur. We reserve the right to correct or cancel orders that reflect such discrepancies. Product images may depict optional accessories or configurations not included with the item as sold. Please refer to product specifications for details.

12. Firearm Purchases & Transfers

Firearms may only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Customers are responsible for confirming that their selected FFL will accept transfers. Purchasers must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible under applicable state and federal law. Military personnel stationed outside their home state may be eligible to purchase with proper documentation. Please confirm eligibility with your receiving FFL prior to ordering. Customers bear all responsibility for firearms returned due to FFL refusal, ineligibility, or non-compliance with local laws.

13. Magazine Restrictions

We adhere to all federal, state, and local laws regarding magazine capacity. If a restricted magazine is ordered to a jurisdiction where it is prohibited, it will be omitted from the shipment without refund or replacement.

14. Estimated Lead Times

Published lead times are estimates. We make every effort to ship within the quoted timeframe. If delays occur beyond the stated lead time, we will contact you to discuss refund or rescheduling options.

15. Shipping Policies

• Orders over $850 are shipped with full insurance and signature confirmation via UPS
• Items with extended production lead times will be indicated on their product page
• Change-of-address requests are available for UPS shipments and are subject to a $13 service fee unless the correction is required due to our error
• We do not offer drop shipping

16. Indemnification

By using this site, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beal Rifle Co., its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the website.

17. Severability
