We focus on small-volume craftsmanship, match-grade components, and Cerakote finishes. Each firearm is precision-built and tested to ensure exact fit and flawless function before delivery.

Beal Rifle Co offers three precision-machined handguard styles across most rifle variants:
Slim Rail:
Lightweight and sleek, ideal for agile setups and low-profile optics.
Quad Rail:
Full Picatinny on all four sides for maximum accessory mounting.
FatBoy Rail:
Wider diameter and aggressive styling for enhanced grip and heat dissipation.
Each rail is Cerakote finished, free-floating, and features an anti-rotation retention system for stability and accuracy.
Note: Handguard availability may vary slightly between BRC-10 and BRC-15 models. Custom-length handguards or dual-Picatinny variants are available upon request.

Ordering a custom rifle from Beal Rifle Co is a personalized, step-by-step experience. Here’s how it works:
Submit a Custom Build Inquiry
– Visit our website and fill out the Custom Rifle Request Form, or contact us directly at [email protected].Consultation & Design
– We’ll schedule a one-on-one consultation to discuss your preferred caliber, barrel length, handguard, Cerakote finish, accessories, and intended use (e.g., hunting, competition, defense).Build Proposal
– You’ll receive a detailed proposal with specifications, pricing, and lead time. We’ll make adjustments until it fits exactly what you want.Approval & Payment
– Once you approve the build, payment is required in full to begin production.Production & Updates
– You’ll receive updates at key stages: machining, coating, assembly, and testing. Your rifle will be shipped to your selected FFL once complete.

Return Policy
A firearm is not eligible for return or exchange after it has been transferred at an FFL via a completed form 4473. We will only accept a return or exchange if the firearm has not been opened or fired and all packaging is in new condition. A 35% restocking fee will apply.
Any returned firearms must have been purchased direct from Beal Rifle Co, unfired, unused, and in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to be eligible for a return or an exchange. This includes packaging materials and accessories.
Firearm Returns must be authorized by Beal Rifle Co. All return inquiries or requests must be conducted via email at [email protected].
While the firearm is still in the possession of the FFL dealer, please inspect the firearm thoroughly. If you notice anything out of the ordinary, please contact us before picking up the firearm from your dealer. Once it has been transferred to you from the FFL, the firearm is covered under our warranty, but it is no longer eligible for a return or an exchange.
